Stay Well

Stay Well This Winter

For the first time, a number of national health originations including NHS England and Public Health England have joined together to promote one integrated winter health campaign called ‘Stay Well This Winter’.

The aim of the campaign is to give a joined-up message across the country to help people take control of their health and wellbeing this winter.

Superhero

Take Care Not Antibiotics

Health bosses in Worcestershire are challenging patients to step up and become superhero’s in the fight against antibiotic resistance.

The three Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Worcestershire (NHS South Worcestershire, NHS Redditch and Bromsgrove and NHS Wyre Forest CCGs) are working with health and social care partners across the county to remind
patients of the importance of only taking antibiotics when necessary in support of European Antibiotics Awareness Day which takes place on Wednesday 18 November.

A lot of work is taking place locally to raise awareness of antibiotic use through the ‘Take Care not Antibiotics’ campaign which aims to educate people about the risks of antibiotic resistance.
