Other ways to have your say

Our approach to Engagement is described in our Communications and Engagement Strategy and focuses on the Engagement Cycle.

You can also have your say through:

Patient Opinion:

Patient Opinion is an independent website where patients can write about their experiences of local healthcare, whether it is good or bad. Healthcare commissioners and providers can respond to comments that are made and it enables them to make changes to services that improve the patient experience and outcomes.

For more information visit the Patient Opinion website.

Healthwatch Worcestershire:

Healthwatch Worcestershire will collect and present the views and experiences of local service users to local managers and decision makers in the Health and Social Care settings.

It will take an active part in the decision making process of the Health and Well Being Board and work closely with the three new Clinical Commissioning Groups, local NHS Trusts and the Voluntary sector to ensure the decisions about priorities and services are based on the needs and experiences of local people.

It will champion high quality choice and equality of access to health and social care for the people of Worcestershire and will liaise with Healthwatch England and the Care Quality Commission on matters that are of concern about specific care providers, health or social care matters.

For more information visit the Healthwatch Worcestershire Website.
